Terms and conditions

  1. ALL items will have a full product description provided by the supplier along with any additional details from the 1LI Association on any logo's that are placed on them.
  2. Depending on the product a size chart or guide from the manufacturer will be added to each listing, but this should be used as a guide only.
  3. Postage options are for UK Only.
  4. Please e-mail us before purchasing for postage costs on any oversees orders.
  5. Please make sure that you read all the information given and check the size chart before ordering as the association only has limited funds and can not be held responsible for orders placed for the wrong size.
  6. If you have ordered the wrong size and wish to exchange then please remember that the returned item must be posted back in it's original packaging and in the first class condition in which it was received. Any item returned for exchange that is damaged will not be accepted and can be returned at the purchasers expense. The P&P for all exchanges must be paid for by the purchaser before any exchange takes place which also includes the cost of sending out the exchange.
  7. Please note that for all large items i.e. those items not posted via a letter box, a proof of posting receipt will be obtained from the post office. In the very unlikely event that an item goes missing please e-mail us and we will gladly provide you with a copy of the original proof of posting and any other information required so that you can make a claim. 
  8. Orders are processed daily, but at present our posting days are Tuesday's and Friday's (occasionally Saturday). 
  9. We may post on additional day's, but this is not guaranteed.
  10. If you require an item by a specific date then please check with us before ordering.
  11. Payment can be made using PayPal or Bank Transfer as indicated at the Checkout
  12. All orders are checked and double checked before the packaging is sealed and posted.
